サヴァラ農園 と ヴィラ・サミニアーティ
エレオノールとファビアンは娘のイダとともに、2021年にSARAVA農園を買収し、トスカーナのルッカに移住しました。
ヴィラ・サミニアーティは1623年に建てられ、オリーブの木約1200本、敷地面積10ヘクタールの農地にあります。
農園は次のような構成になっています。
２つの有機農法菜園
果樹園では57種の果物、約160本の果樹を栽培
オリーブオイルの研究施設と貯蔵タンクが備わった複数の生産設備
19世紀の厩舎
家族が収集した貴重なアートやデザイン作品
イタリア料理の学校
牧場つきの17世紀のパラッツォ（現在改装中）

Eleonore, Fabien, and their daughter Ida moved to Lucca in Tuscany in 2021 where they purchased the Sarava estate.
Villa Saminiati was built in 1623 and features 10 hectares and 1200 olive oil trees.
The estate also includes:
