2021年、サラヴァのオリーブオイルが初めて生産された直後の

2022年7月に、イタリア農業省のDOP（※）承認当局から表彰を受けました。

2022年5月、「トスカーナのDOP/IGP（※）オリーブオイルのベスト・セレクション」ガイドブックに掲載されました。

サラヴァのオリーブオイルはその他にも地域や生産者団体などから複数の表彰を受けており、このように私たちの努力が認められることは生産者にとってこの上ない幸せです。

※DOP＝特定の地域内で伝統的な製法を使って栽培、加⼯された農産物にのみ与えられる欧州の品質認証ラベル
※IGP＝製造、加⼯、包装にいずれかの⼯程が特定の地域で⾏われたものを⽰す欧州の品質認証ラベル

2021 was the first year of production for SARAVA. Immediately following its first production, SARAVA Olive Oil received the DOP award from the Italian Ministry of Agriculture in July of 2022.

 In May of 2022, SARAVA was featured in the “Selection of The Best DOP IGP Olive Oils in Tuscany” guide.

 Further awards from their district and colleagues quickly followed, giving them a wonderful sense of happiness to see the fruits of their labor recognized and welcomed.
