4 農園とヴィラ・サミニアーティ
エレオノールとファビアンは娘のイダとともに、2021年にSARAVA農園を買収し、トスカーナのルッカに移住しました。
- Eleonore, Fabien, and their daughter Ida moved to Lucca in Tuscany in 2021 where they purchased the Sarava estate.
ヴィラ・サミニアーティは1623年に建てられ、オリーブの木1200本、敷地面積10ヘクタールの農地にあります。
- Villa Saminiati was built in 1623 and features 10 hectares and 1200 olive oil trees.
農園は次のような構成になっています。
- 牧場つきの17世紀のパラッツォ（現在改装中）
- 19世紀の厩舎
- ２つの有機農法菜園
- 160本の果樹が植えられている果樹園、栽培されている果物は57種
- オリーブオイルの研究施設と貯蔵タンクが備わった複数の生産設備
- 家族が収集した貴重なアートやデザイン作品
- イタリア料理の学校

The estate also includes:
- A 17th century palazzo with farms (currently under renovation)
- Stables from the 19th century
- 2 organic vegetable gardens
- 1 organic orchard with 160 trees, cultivating 57 varieties of fruits
- Several olive oil facilities which include an olive oil laboratory and state-of-the-art storage tanks
- The family’s collection of art and design treasures
- An Italian cooking school
